In the Stats menu, you can export your data, i.e. your campaigns reports (or customised reports), the answers of your survey (and their associated data), or a answers table.

Let's see how to proceed for each item.

Export your report

At any time, you can Export your report.

Go to the Stats menu, then click on Reports.

You can now click on the following button.

You can choose between PDF HTML or XLS export.

  • PDF file

The PDF file will be instantly saved and available on your hard drive.

  • HTML file

The HTML file will be publicly viewable and the URL of the file will be available for 1 month. You can share it publicly during this period. Please note that you can also download the html file on your computer to view it locally, if needed.

  • XLS file

The XLS file will be instantly saved and available on your hard drive.

Export a table

Couldn't be simpler, simply click on Export table, below the overview table of answers.

You'll get a table in .XLS format.

Export answers

To configure the export of answers, click on the arrow on the Export answers button.

Then click on Configure export.

In the first field dedicated to the file name, you can add time variables such as the date, the day of export, the month, the year, the time, minute or the time stamp. That makes it easier for you to locate each export later. Know more about the variables.

1 / To display the menu, simply enter an # (hash) in the "File name" field. Then click to select the variables you are interested in.

2 / Once the variables have been chosen and the name entered (here: "-ANSWERS-EXPORT") you will get this:

3 / Last settings

By default the file extension is in .CSV but you can choose .XLS.

You can choose between ISO or UTF-8 encoding.

Finally, depending on the purpose of your export (displaying data or reintegrating in other tools) select between a display by column or with separators.

4 / All you have to do is choose the answers you want to include in your export.

Drag and drop the desired elements from the left column to the right column.

Once your export settings are complete, save by clicking the Validate button.

5 / Finally click on the Export answers button.

In our case, we've chosen an export in .XLS format and an automatic display per column.

We can find our selected column titles and the corresponding elements.

Another example : you can export your attributes by selecting them in the left column. Know more about the attributes.

You will find your attributes in the final .csv file.
