Trackers placed by MyFeelBack JS Tag

This list contains all the trackers that the MyFeelBack JS tag sets to follow the visitor's behaviour in order to trigger an investigation when relevant.

MyFeeBack JS tag can store data in the localStorage or sessionStorage of the browser associated with the site's domains as well as a technical cookie named _MFB_ to exchange data between several sub-domains that make up the same user journey.  This is the data on which the triggering rules will be based (number of visits, number of pages viewed, time spent on the site, requests by questionnaire, etc.). This data is stored exclusively on the Internet user's browser.

The operation of the trackers is different depending on the tag's configuration during the integration on the website.

A parameter called "privacyMode" allows you to adapt the functioning of the trackers according to the consent of the visitor on the use of cookies.

If the "privacyMode" is activated, the information stored by the trackers cannot be read during future visits by the user, apart from the technical information necessary for the proper functioning of the device (such as the management of the request).

This parameter is deactivated by default.

Check this article to find out more about the configuration of the Tag.

Below is a list of the trackers used, their utility and their conservation period according to the "privacyMode" parameter.
