Scenarios allow you to trigger actions inside your surveys.
 
 Using scenarios, you can redirect your respondents to a particular page depending on the answers they gave previously.

As an example: A customer gives a bad satisfaction score about the delivery of his product. With a scenario, you could redirect him to a specific page of your survey including a coupon to offer him free shipping on his next purchase.
