We are going to explore step by step what it takes to create a statistical report.

After creating a new report, go ahead and give it a name. Then, add a new tag and name it as well.

The dimensions are simply the data that you wish to cross in order to create your charts.
Here you can choose amongst the following :

The date span, where you can choose a period of time (defined ahead of time or customized) and the display (by hours, days, weeks, months or years)

The question dimension, based on the question titles and the answers that are part of it.

The tags (if you wish to consolidate answers from various campaigns). In that case, you can select the answers that match the questions with a tag.

Lastly the « multiple questions » option that you can use to consolidate answers to questions of the same type. For instance, when you add matrix-type items to a survey.

The location which can help you choose between one or various countries that you want to show information from.

The segments or group of segments, that you can select amongst the existing segments list.

The attributes, which are directly available from your overall attributes list.

You can chose specific deployments and campaigns. 

Also the platform dimension can help you define the type of device or platform that will be used by the respondents.

It is also possible to use a flag. 

Lastly, you can also select the medias that are used to deploy your campaigns.

You can also use a dimension to filter your results, the selection will be done exactly the same way.

The adjustment helps you adjust your results so they are more relevant. 

For instance: if you have collected a total of 600 answers from women and 400 answers from men, you could adjust the answers so the statistical allocation is more fair and representative, by adding or reducing some attributes of your participants (in this case the gender). Let’s take an example. Let’s add the campaign as a first dimension. By default, a chart will be shown with the number of answers, but you can also show the exact value in order to be more relevant.

Also, when it comes to the display, you can opt for the number of campaign visits or the answer rate (the ratio between the number of answer and number of visits).

Let’s add a second statistical slide where the main dimension will be the question.

In order to facilitate the reading, you can adjust the data selection : by default, growingly or decreasingly.

The chart can also be customized, showing for instance the data via a vertical bar, a horizontal bar, by line, as a pie, as a donut or even as a value.

Let’s now create a third slide, in which we will cross two dimensions. Mixing questions and attributes.

We can thus see the satisfaction grade per adviser : for instance a grade of 1 was given 2 times to Aurore, 8 times to Jonathan and 12 times to Justine.

Based on the data available, you can display the results : by value, by % of answers, % of respondents, NPS, Cumulative NPS, Csat, Median, Average, Cumulative Average, Average ranking, Deviation, Variance. 

We choose in this case to display the average.

Thus Aurore gets a 2.89 out of 4, Jonathan a 2.97 out of 4 and Justine 2.56 out of 4.

We can add a new dimension, for instance the date with a display by weeks. On the horizontal axis you can see the names of the advisers, and if you reverse the attributes and the date, we get a display by weeks.

We then add a new slide in which we can display a NPS-type question. You can see the number of answers by type « Detractor, Neutral, Promoter » which gives a total of 115 answers or an NPS score of 58.

Let’s go back to the reports list. A label column allows you to identify more easily your various reports. 

You first need to define the labels in your report so they will be shown.
