The Tag code monitors the display of surveys based on the rules you've defined (any website type deployment scenario you've created). It captures the behaviour of visitors (pages visited, time spent, scroll...) needed to define if a survey should be triggered or not.

Where Can I find the Tag ?

You will find your Deployment tag in the Menu >> "Settings".

Then "Deployment tag" in Deployments category.

Note: Make sure you have created your Domains before configuring your trigger tags (otherwise you will not be able to do so).

Once you get it, copy this code and paste it on both your website pages related to the above domain name. It must be placed right before the end of the <body> tag.

If you want to know more, this is an example of tag (don’t try to use it on your website):

// Review the commented lines. Insert real values for the placeholders
var _Mfb_ud = {
(function() {
var mfb = document.createElement('script');
mfb.type = 'text/javascript';
mfb.charset = 'UTF-8';
mfb.async = true; = 'MFBActor';
mfb.src = '';
var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(mfb, s);

As an example, if using the code above, during the integration of the code, the variables defined as "survey_page" must be replaced dynamically by their actual values. They are also used to define the display of your surveys and are allocated to the answers of any respondent.

We advise you to hire a developer from your technical team to integrate the code.

Here's what the integration of your survey might look like in "Pop in" format (To learn more about the formats available to trigger your survey: create a website deployment)
